Features
• Reliability of operation to ISO9001
• Close coupled and direct driven design, being simple in structure, compact in size, occupying less floor space, easy in installation and convenient in maintenance
• High working efficiency in the whole operating range. The gas discharge port is provided a flexible valve plate for adjusting the area of the gas discharge port automatically
• Maximum vacuum up to 33 mbar(abs). Higher degree of vacuum is possible with a gas ejector
• Reduced routine maintenance and reliability of the seals. The vacuum pump utilize mechanical seal for shaft seal as a standard seal arrangement
• Smooth running, lower noise level and no need for silencer
• No need for oil for lubricating the moving components in the casing, low water consumption and being friendly to environment
• Enhanced corrosion resistance of the pump when the impeller utilizes bronze as standard material and much heavier use is possible with the wetted components in stainless steel
• CDF Package set to be supplied at request. The vacuum pump set is to be supplied with gas separator, heat exchanger, cavitation protection connection and etc
• Possibiliry of handling the gas which is permitted to contain a certain amount of non-solid substances
